Alpert Jewish Family Service hosted its 15th annual Passover seder last month in Palm Beach Gardens. It brought together over 20 residents of the Levine JRFS Residential Program, their families, community members, as well as JFS leadership for a meaningful and inclusive holiday celebration.

The Levine JRFS Residential Program provides a continuum of supportive services for adults who may be developmentally disabled, significantly learning disabled, or living with chronic mental illness.

About 80 guests took part in the traditional Passover rituals, including reading from the Haggadah, asking the Four Questions, sharing blessings, singing, and celebrating the themes of freedom, belonging, and community. The seder took place at the Center for Belonging and Wellbeing and was led by Rabbi Danielle Bensimhon of Temple Beth David.
