Temple Beth David’s Rabbi Cantor Danielle Bensimhon has been selected as one of only 29 women rabbis nationwide to participate in the inaugural Deborah Fellowship, a leadership initiative sponsored by the Amen Center for Civic and Spiritual Leadership.
Chosen from a highly competitive pool of applicants, Rabbi Cantor Bensimhon will join the Fellowship’s first-ever cohort in a collaborative training program designed to equip women rabbis with innovative leadership skills. The program focuses on developing strong lay leaders, building dynamic clergy–lay partnerships, and cultivating teams that serve not only as effective leaders but also as communities of spiritual growth and formation.
The Deborah Fellowship is the first program of its kind, bringing together women in the rabbinate to strengthen congregational leadership and foster meaningful engagement within their communities.
