Temple Beth David in Palm Beach Gardens will begin its 2026–2027 religious school year with a Pizza Dinner and Beach Shabbat on August 14 at Ocean Cay Park. The annual gathering brings together students, families, teachers, and members of the community to welcome Shabbat in an outdoor setting with music and fellowship before classes begin.
Religious school classes serve children from pre-k through b’nai mitzvah age. Throughout the year, students explore Jewish holidays, traditions, history, Hebrew, Israel, and culture through hands-on activities including art, crafts, games, drama, cooking, and gardening. Lessons are designed to help students develop an understanding of Jewish values while fostering a connection to their heritage and community.
In addition to classroom instruction, the school offers family programs, holiday celebrations, and community service opportunities that encourage participation and engagement beyond Sunday mornings.
