Make Sleep a Spiritual Reset

A group of women recently came together for a warm and inspiring Lunch & Learn. The focus for this session was sleep — specifically, how to create more peaceful, meaningful rest by preparing our minds and hearts before bedtime. Participants explored the traditional nighttime prayer said before sleep, using it as a lens to look inward and let go.

      They discussed the powerful practice of releasing resentment and dropping old grudges as part of a nightly routine. Before ending the day, take an honest, gentle accounting of what went well and what could improve. Ask for understanding, compassion, and a favorable judgment from Above — just as we strive to extend the same non-judgment and compassion to others.  The conversation was deep, heartfelt, and relatable. Many women shared how meaningful it felt to think of sleep not just as a physical reset, but as an emotional and spiritual one as well
