Temple Judea of Palm Beach Gardens was filled with warmth and joy to celebrate the installation of Rabbi Wendy Pein, DD, as rabbi educator.
The Shabbat service was made even more special by the presence of Cantor Hayley Kobilinsky, who joined us as a dear friend of Rabbi Wendy’s, lending her beautiful voice to help lead worship and adding a deeply personal touch to the celebration.
In her sermon, Rabbi Wendy moved the congregation with a powerful reflection on the importance of education — a theme that speaks directly to the heart of her role at Temple Judea and her passion for lifelong Jewish learning. Her words were a beautiful reminder of why the temple invests so deeply in the Jewish education of our children and our community.
Cantor Hayley offered a heartfelt tribute, sharing with the congregation what those who know Rabbi Wendy already understand so well: that she is, in every sense of the word, a mensch. Her kindness, integrity, and genuine care for others are at the very core of who she is.
