Madeleine Cody
Madeleine Cody is becoming a Bat Mitzvah on January 24. Madeleine is so much more than an honor roll seventh grade student at BAK, an accomplished thespian and vocalist, or a Junior Olympics finalist in swimming. She is light, love, and kindness, and brightens any room when she walks into it. She is a stellar big sister, MC’ing countless hours of play, as well as a loyal friend, keeping only a chosen few close to her heart. And to quote Taylor Swift, because who else is there? “You’re beautiful, every little piece, love. And don’t you know, you’re really gonna be someone.”
Nathan Wayne
Nathan Wayne is in seventh grade at Watson B. Duncan Middle School. He will become a Bar Mitzvah at Temple Judea on January 31, 2026. He loves hanging out with friends, playing soccer, and video games. For his mitzvah project, Nathan is collecting electronic gaming devices, games, and gift cards for The Quantum House game room, to bring joy to kids who are there while receiving medical treatment locally.
