Wiesenthal Center, Jewish Lawyers Discuss Antisemitism on Campus

  • February 2026

The Simon Wiesenthal Center joined forces with the Jewish Lawyers Association of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach for an in-depth briefing focused on the growing impact of foreign-backed antisemitic and anti-Zionist activity on U.S. college campuses.

The program, led by Vlad Khaykin, executive vice president of Social Impact and Partnerships at the Simon Wiesenthal Center, explored how overseas actors are stoking hostility toward Jewish students and eroding both campus security and democratic norms. Participants heard detailed analysis of the methods being used to influence higher education environments, as well as practical approaches to confronting extremism and safeguarding Jewish communities.

The event wrapped with an engaged audience discussion and reception, reinforcing the need for sustained awareness and coordinated action to address antisemitism in academic settings.
